Shipping policy
Please ensure that the shipping address that is entered at checkout is correct. Safe Babe is not responsible for your package being delivered to the wrong address if the shipping address is entered incorrectly. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses. Safe Babe is not responsible for any packages once USPS takes them. Please contact USPS or your local post office for questions about your shipment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Safe Babe is a small owned business run by one person and I do not have the staff or shipping power of Amazon. I put together all of the products by hand. I promise I will make sure your product makes it to you. Please be patient with processing and shipping times. Why we use UPS, USPS Parcel Post and USPS First Class ground shipping services
UPS (Ground Service), USPS Parcel Post, USPS First Class Mail are legal, authorized shippers of pepper spray products. Since pepper and defense aerosol sprays are considered a hazardous material by U.S. government agencies, special precautions must be taken to get your order to you safely. Shipment of pepper spray is not plane (air mail) has many additional precautions and paperwork, which is why we cannot offer faster shipping methods. UPS, USPS Parcel Post, USPS First Class has proper procedures and precautions in place for using ground transportation services to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday only.
Canceling Orders
If you need to cancel an order that has not already been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact me immediately at info@safebabeselfdefense.com. If it has already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
Arrival Times
UPS/USPS Domestic Ground Shipping
Shipment normally arrives five to seven (5-7) business days after your order has left our location (weekends excluded), provided the item is in stock. In the event that your item is not in stock, you will be otherwise notified (if you have provided us with a valid e-mail address). All UPS orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.
Change of Delivery Addresses.
If you need to change the delivery address on a completed order that has not shipped yet, please contact us by email immediately. However, if your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to change the delivery address.
